Anime Central 13 welcomes you and hopes you have a fantastic time with us this year. We look forward to everyone being able to attend the wide variety of shows, workshops, celebrity guests and other memorable events.

Unfortunately, dense crowds, long waits and many other obstacles may present difficulties for those who are restricted by physical limitations or certain medical conditions. For those of you that are limited because of these challenges, we invite you to stop by one of the Special Needs & Compliance Department Help Desks, conveniently located in both the Hyatt and the Stephens Convention Center.

Whether you have a challenge that affects your mobility, vision or hearing, or a medical condition that prevents you from being stuck in one spot for extended periods¹, if you need to know where to rent a wheelchair or scooter, or find an area where access is difficult or blocked, just stop by. We’ve made arrangements so you can relax and have fun knowing that all barriers have been removed. Our friendly, caring staff is experienced in interacting with those who have special needs, and will keep any personal information you may need to discuss in the strictest confidence.

Pre-convention, you can get questions answered by writing to adacompliance@acen.org. At-con, you can find us at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, in the Grand Boardroom (next to Customer Service), and in the Stephens Convention Center, at the entrance to Registration. Our hours are:
